Pre-school families are responsible for the full amount of the half-day or full-day payment plans regardless of attendance.
Aftercare Program
Aftercare is available every school day until 5:30 p.m. Billing is calculated in 15-minute increments.
- First Child – $5.60 an hour
- Second Child – $3.55 an hour
- Third Child – $2.30 an hour
FINANCIAL INFORMATION
For the convenience of our school families, we offer monthly tuition plans. Families can select a due date of either the 1st, 11th, or 21st of each month. Please note, a $40 late fee will be applied to any account not paid by the chosen due date.
Available payment plans:
- 12 month plan: July 2026 to June 2027
- 11 month plan: August 2026 to June 2027
- 10 month plan: September 2026 to June 2027
Hope Scholarship recipients are automatically enrolled in the 10-month payment plan.
HOPE SCHOLARSHIP
Wood County Christian School is a vendor for the Hope Scholarship.
To qualify for the Hope Scholarship Program in the 2026-27 academic year, a student must be a West Virginia resident.
